It’s a drink like a forest in a bottle! The Spruce Shoot Vodka started a few years ago, when we were busy collecting spruce sprigs for Põhjaka Manor in the spring. Even too much. But we couldn’t use it all for cooking, so we came up with the idea of making a proper “wild” vodka.
The flavour is smooth, with a slight acidity, spruce buds and a light resin, as a proper spruce should be.
It goes well with meat and fish dishes, and is the perfect filling for a camping trip.
