A drink that warms the soul and the body in cold weather. It is made from blackcurrants, black chokeberries and apples. The spice is provided by a syrup with plenty of traditional spices, fresh chilli and ginger, cooked for two days. This means that store-bought mulled spice mixes can stay on the shelf – Põhjaka mulled wine can be enjoyed as soon as it is warmed.
